Project Executive – SAP-GTS

Overview

Project Executive – SAP-GTS will execute and support GTS preference processes for Bosch India plants, managing supplier preference declarations and related master data.

What you'll do

• Execute and support GTS preference processes for Bosch India plants.
• Manage supplier preference declarations and GTS master data.
• Perform and monitor automated preference calculations.
• Ensure standardized, compliant, audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team for GTS rollout and stabilization in India.
• Coordinate with plants, suppliers, and stakeholders to reduce compliance risk.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Basic knowledge of Customs and Foreign Trade (Export & Import).
• Basic knowledge of Internal Controls.
• Proficiency with IT tools such as Power BI and data analytics.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle multiple priorities.
• Graduate or post-graduate qualification, preferably in International Trade/Foreign Trade.

Nice to have

• Basic certification in German language.
