Technical Program Manager (EG), Manufacturing

Overview

Technical Program Manager for manufacturing, working directly with MPs to plan and execute multiple programs across scope, budget, and timing.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement program plans to ensure execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the customer point of contact and drive scope clarity internally and externally.
• Oversee multiple programs across multiple regions with proactive risk management.
• Resolve issues and manage stakeholders to support program success.
• Coordinate with regional operations teams and provide program status updates/reports.
• Identify workflow and TPM system improvement areas and drive cross-functional projects.
• Support cross-functional development of robust processes for new service introductions.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in a technical project or program management role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Engineering background and manufacturing process knowledge and management experience.
• Proven track record managing programs through NPD and mass manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience managing suppliers/manufacturers and external stakeholders.
• Must-have deep experience with CNC Machining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and any other local language.

Details

• On-site reporting to the Program Management Lead in Bengaluru, India.
• Travel: 0–10%.
