Overview

Associate Technical Program Manager II to manage high-mix, low-volume projects end to end, ensuring delivery from customer requirements through final handoff.

What you'll do

• Manage projects through execution to meet scope, budget, and timeline standards.
• Mitigate risks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Own scheduling and oversee assignment of manufacturing work orders to partner networks.
• Resolve production technical questions from manufacturers about how to produce assigned parts.
• Manage change orders by evaluating post-sale requests and implementing them with risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvements to the Technical Project Management workflow.
• Communicate proactively with involved personnel and implement efficiency improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining (must-have).
• Project management skills including scoping, timing, quality control, testing, and logistics.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning expectations through completion.
• Self-starter who works independently with documentation focus and data-driven decisions.
• Strong English communication skills.
