Lead Operations Program Manager

Overview

Lead Operations Program Manager for Q2’s Strategic Operations Team, overseeing operational transitions and business operations while ensuring programs launch on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

• Oversee and drive activities for operational transitions and business operations.
• Ensure programs are implemented according to schedule and budget.
• Update management, personnel, and clients on transition-related changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Evaluate operational processes and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan and execute operational projects, track milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8+ years of related experience (or 6 years with an advanced degree) and a relevant Bachelor’s degree is typically required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building documentation and project plans using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with MS Visio and Lucid charts.
• Exposure to tracking/analytics and project tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and PowerBI.
• Ability to assess project risks and identify mitigation steps.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
