Quality Program Manager

Overview

Quality Program Manager responsible for leading quality initiatives through programs and projects. Works onsite primarily from an HPE office in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Lead programs and projects to implement quality initiatives.
• Drive quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training.
• Identify and improve process and program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage multi-function programs across project teams to promote quality culture.
• Develop and direct schedules, deliverables, budget, and resource allocation plans.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Typically 8-12 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management/Business Management/Engineering/Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• Project management certification such as PMP/PMI required.
• Lean Six Sigma or other quality certification preferred.
• Extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software to track results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English and local language mastery.
