Technical Program Manager

Overview

As a Technical Program Manager on the TW Engineering team, develop tools and processes, prioritize programs, and drive scalable solutions that support the team's strategic direction, efficiency, scalability, and engineering excellence.

What you'll do

• Develop new tools and processes to support the strategic direction of the TW Engineering team.
• Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the TW Engineering team.
• Act as an internal accelerator within the TW Engineering team to help implement new tools and processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders in engineering, finance, legal, and product teams to drive scalable solutions and resolutions.
• Identify systems needs and/or define processes to improve efficiency and enable scalability.
• Run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
• Define metrics to measure the efficacy of internal resources and lead teams to improve metrics by modifying current processes.
• Define tech metrics and help the team enhance engineering excellence.
• Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of industry experience in software development, QA, or similar areas.
• 5+ years of tech program management experience.
• Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root causes, and suggesting realistic solutions.
• Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to leadership.
• Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing it into business insights.
• High standards and a bias toward action.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multitasking skills are vital.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the eCommerce industry.

• Location: Bengaluru.
• Work model: Hybrid, onsite, or remote working.
• Under the hybrid work model, employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on role requirements.
• Some businesses may require more time in the office due to the nature of the work.
