Project Manager - Insights

Overview

Project Manager – Insights oversees end-to-end delivery of research and insights projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of research and insights projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate across analysts, researchers, and stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and address bottlenecks proactively.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of client-ready reports, presentations, and outputs.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on timelines and outcomes.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, consulting, research, or insights roles.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
