Project Manager

Overview

Project Manager role focused on managing project intake, schedules, resources, and cross-functional execution.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project intake requests with team leaders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Assess team capacity, balance workloads, and allocate resources effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among internal teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide constructive challenge, and communicate updates, risks, and decisions.
• Create and share monthly project reports covering progress, resource utilization, milestones, risks, and performance.

What you'll need

• University graduate or Post Graduate Diploma background in project management or a related field.
• 4-6 years of previous experience in an advertising agency or publication environment.
• Proven experience coordinating large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools to plan, track, and manage project activities and deliverables.
• Hands-on MS Office experience, including advanced Excel formulas and data analysis.
• Knowledge of graphic design, web design, and multimedia design principles (added advantage).
• Preferred experience with online-based project management systems such as Monday.com.
