Overview

Program/Project Manager 2 in Global Planning & Operations, leading strategic initiatives to improve organizational performance and operational effectiveness for Lam’s global business.

What you'll do

• Evaluate organizational performance against strategic objectives and recommend actions to leadership.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement for process simplification, standardization, waste reduction, and scalability.
• Establish standardized business processes, performance metrics, and operating mechanisms.
• Use operational data and analytics to identify root causes and support fact-based decisions.
• Develop executive-level reporting, business reviews, presentations, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, escalate critical issues, and lead structured problem-solving to resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with no prior professional experience, or equivalent experience 2+ years.
• 2+ years in related project/program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
