Apprentice - Data Operations Analyst

Overview

Apprentice - Data Operations Analyst role focused on handling commercial data/process/product queries and coordinating timely resolutions with operations teams.

What you'll do

• Act as the point of contact for commercial queries and drive timely resolution.
• Identify, investigate, and coordinate resolution of data, process, or product related queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze gaps and improvement areas in coding, data input validation, and client instructions environments (CIP).
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams and drive SOP and best practices.
• Work across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure client expectation and satisfaction.

What you'll need

• MBA required with recent pass out year (freshers can apply).
• Excellent organization skills and aptitude to work in a team while meeting deadlines.
• High degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.).
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
