Associate Manager System Integration

Overview

Associate Manager System Integration responsible for leading a team of Project Managers managing data migration/import projects to transition patient and clinical data from source EHR systems into athenaOne.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Project Managers, setting expectations for productivity, quality, delivery, and client experience.
• Oversee a portfolio of data import and migration projects, managing health, risks, dependencies, and go-live readiness.
• Monitor operational metrics, capacity, and emerging risks and proactively intervene for high-risk projects.
• Act as an escalation point for complex or high-visibility projects and client concerns.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Client Services, and other teams across India and the US to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and import readiness, including guidance on mapping, validation, reconciliation, transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Identify systemic issues and lead process improvement initiatives, including automation and tooling opportunities with Product/Engineering.

What you'll need

• Active PMP certification.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in US healthcare, Health IT, EHR implementations, data migration, project management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in specified fields or related field.
• Strong project and portfolio management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of EHR implementation, healthcare workflows, data migration, and data quality processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across India and the US, including willingness to work shifts aligned with US business hours (IST night shifts).
