Trade Marketing Executive

Overview

Trade Marketing Executive responsible for commercial planning and execution across online and retail channels, including promotions, VM, and retail activations.

What you'll do

• Lead execution of campaign promotions, VM, and activations to meet brand objectives.
• Support retail marketing plan activities including new product launch, re-promotion, and mega campaign planning.
• Collaborate with consumer marketing, commercial, and online teams for omni-channel launch/mega campaign execution.
• Plan unity campaigns and always-on promotions across OL, B&M, and SMC, including monthly tactical promotion plans.
• Coordinate VM implementation such as forecasting launches/VM updates and deploying store collaterals and counter decoration.
• Support retail partner collaboration for counter activation communication and retailer visibility support.
• Manage promo operations including charge-out of products/VM collaterals and monitoring voucher spending and budget.

What you'll need

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG/retail environment.
• Diploma in Business Management/Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
