Business Transformation Lead for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Lilly’s TSMS Manufacturing Sciences: Business Transformation team in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute PLM business transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and quality domains.
• Manage PLM deployment project delivery, including scope, schedule, risks, reporting, and coordination across global and site teams.
• Facilitate project management meetings and ensure milestone delivery.
• Develop playbooks, templates, best-practice documentation, and support lessons learned reviews.
• Support change management through site impact assessments, change control, SOP/protocol updates, and business process documentation.
• Track and report deployment progress, risks, and issues; maintain stakeholder relationships across PLM Global, TSMS, site SMEs, and external partners.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, business transformation, or digital deployment in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of pharma R&D, CMC, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLM systems (QbDVision or similar) is desirable.
• Skilled in project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance support.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and pharma compliance.
• Facilitation, decision tracking, documentation, and report writing skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
