ER & Policies Specialist

Overview

ER & Policies Specialist role focused on investigating recruitment/HR matters, policy issues, and potential frauds, and supporting disciplinary actions.

What you'll do

• Conduct investigations into recruitment and HR matters reported through various channels.
• Develop investigation plans covering approach and timelines.
• Support local HR teams with sensitive employee situations and investigate employee misconduct.
• Review Business Ethics Line matters and help conduct local employee investigations.
• Assess policy issues for legal risk and work with legal advisors for compliance to legislation.
• Lead delivery and deployment of new ER practices and review/redefine existing ones.
