Senior Project Manager

Overview

Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Industrial AI implementation projects, from kickoff through deployment and value realisation.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realisation.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate Value Realisation Workshops.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cost management, and reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes with governance and transparency.
• Support customer adoption via change management, enablement, and training.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise/industrial digital transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Experience with Agile delivery and governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
