Implementation Manager

Overview

Implementation Manager for Publisher Professional Services (Pub) PS India, leading a global team of Implementation Engineers.

What you'll do

• Manage the team’s global operation by overseeing implementation support across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
• Distribute tasks effectively to maximize support for regional enterprise publisher professional services teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, advanced guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Identify skill gaps and run targeted training initiatives for more complex implementations.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, goal setting, feedback, and career development.
• Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on objectives, workflows, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence via process improvements, tools, and efficient workflows while tracking performance and quality.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Directly managed a technical team such as Implementation Engineers, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Mentored and developed technical talent, growing capacity and technical skills over increasing complexity.
• Experience driving global support processes and optimizing workflows across multi-regional stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and team growth, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Ability to manage technical operations across multiple regions and align teams on objectives, workflows, and service level agreements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI technologies and using AI to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Experience supporting global Enterprise publisher teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

• Office location: Delhi/Gurgaon office.
• Work schedule: hybrid with 3 days in-office (option to come in more often).
