Lead Analytics Consultant role at Wells Fargo focused on advising business strategies using complex analytics and performance insights.
What you'll do
- Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategy using performance metrics and data analysis.
- Identify and lead adoption of new tools and methods for data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and policies on managed projects.
- Provide project updates including project logs, monthly budget forecasts, newsletters, and operations reviews.
- Support managers in quarterly and annual planning and forecast future market research needs.
- Lead projects/teams and mentor staff, interns, and external contractors.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of Analytics experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Strategy Analytics, or Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
