Overview

Analytics Manager for Product Analytics, leading product analytics for Headout’s Product organization.

What you'll do

• Lead the product analytics function for the Product org.
• Define metrics, frameworks, and experimentation systems for product intelligence.
• Build and run end-to-end product experimentation with statistical rigor and decision guardrails.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to inform product decisions.
• Develop customer-behaviour insights across funnels, bottlenecks, and high-leverage opportunities.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of product analysts focused on outcomes.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years in product analytics.
• At least 2 years leading or mentoring analysts.
• Proven experience defining metrics teams use for decisions.
• Strong problem framing to turn questions into hypotheses and measurement plans.
• Experimentation experience running A/B tests end-to-end.
• Full-funnel fluency across acquisition to retention.
• Advanced SQL and comfort with Python/R for analysis and statistics.
