Overview
Product Analyst role focused on making the product honest and fast through product analytics, debugging, and data-driven insights.
What you'll do
- Apply analytical techniques to derive actionable insights from product and event data.
- Partner with the product team on data-driven strategic decisions and roadmap prioritisation.
- Run deep-dive analyses of product performance, user behaviour, and funnel metrics.
- Analyse, debug, and resolve product issues with engineering, product, and business teams.
- Use LLMs to automate recurring analyses, anomaly triage, and BI request resolution.
- Build and maintain tools, scripts, and automated pipelines to reduce manual investigation effort.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide quantified feedback to improve products and processes.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of AdTech industry experience in a data, analytics, or product analyst role.
- Excellent SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations.
- Hands-on experience with BI/data exploration tools such as Redash, Looker, or Metabase.
- Active use of AI tools (GPT, Claude, or similar) for analytical automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with hypothesis-driven problem solving.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
- Python/pandas for ad-hoc analyses and light automation (not required).
- Familiarity with mobile attribution and measurement tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Familiarity with HTML/Rich media creatives.
