Overview
Twilio is hiring a Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager for its global marketing analytics team focused on marketing performance, ROI, and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) interpretation and application.
What you'll do
- Translate business questions from marketing leadership into end-to-end analytics that inform budget, channel, and campaign decisions.
- Apply and extend outputs from the MMM team by interpreting model results and running scenario/what-if analyses.
- Build incremental funnel and measurement analyses (e.g., geo-lift, channel diagnostics, funnel/pipeline analytics) to validate and enrich MMM recommendations.
- Partner with the central MMM data science team on assumptions, inputs/outputs, and prioritizing the modeling roadmap.
- Write production-quality Python/SQL for data pulls, analysis, and light modeling, and build reusable tools/dashboards.
- Deliver executive-ready storytelling and presentations for stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Collaborate with regional analytics business partners (EMEA, APJ) to ensure consistency across regions.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science with a record of influencing marketing strategy through data.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis, including comfort with large, messy marketing datasets.
- Hands-on exposure to Media Mix Modeling concepts and at least one MMM tool/framework (e.g., Robyn or Meridian).
- Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design, including regression and A/B testing and geo-lift/incrementality testing.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance) and turn analysis into decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to technical and executive/non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of digital and traditional media channels and B2B/B2C marketing funnels.

- Role location: remotely based in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra or Delhi).
- Work mode: hybrid role.
- Travel: occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
