Campaign Marketing Manager

Overview

Manage integrated marketing campaigns for six software and services business units and Inspection Fuel. The role combines campaign operations, email and social media execution, landing pages, and performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage marketing campaigns supporting growth, demand generation, and brand awareness.
• Maintain an organization-wide calendar of campaign elements.
• Design and schedule email communications using ActiveCampaign or other automation tools.
• Develop and troubleshoot WordPress landing pages.
• Build campaign assets including Salesforce campaigns, sales enablement tools, collateral, webinars, and presentations.
• Execute organic social media calendars and strategy in Hootsuite.
• Develop and report on multi-channel campaigns and email and social performance.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and/or marketing operations.
• Expertise with ActiveCampaign, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian tools, Hootsuite, and webinar platforms.
• Experience owning email marketing and organic social media strategy and execution.
• Proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, or other generative AI tools.
• Advanced English communication skills at CEFR C1 or equivalent.
• Experience working with US-based business teams.
• Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and a dedicated workspace.

Details

• Remote role based in India.
• Requires 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Standard Time, from 7:30pm to 11:30pm IST.
• Working hours are 8 hours excluding breaks, including 4 flexible IST hours.
• Annual pay range is ₹10,68,800–₹14,96,300 INR.
