Implementation Project Manager

Overview

Implementation Project Manager role in the Implementation function, working with customers on standard and custom projects.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Work directly with customers and prospects to define project scope.
• Create project plans for standard and custom projects.
• Manage project portfolio, schedule, budget, issues, risks, and project KPIs.
• Track project work effort and report at project and portfolio levels.
• Manage customer expectations and provide plan-related assistance to less experienced teammates.
• Manage projects using both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of project management experience or comparable experience.
• Experience managing projects under waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong track record in successful project delivery.
• Experience with SaaS-based project tools including Jira, DevRev, Project Management Tools, and OnRamp.
• Ability to deliver complex implementations to SMB and Enterprise markets.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and ambiguity.
