Lead Project Manager

Overview

Lead Project Manager for Clario’s eCOA business unit, managing complex global clinical studies and leading a Project Management team.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members.
• Review project documentation, study deliverables, and configurations for quality, consistency, and compliance with SOPs.
• Run routine team meetings, monitor workloads, provide operational guidance, and support forecasting.
• Independently handle planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases for complex eCOA studies.
• Track and report team performance metrics and operational indicators.
• Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility in clinical research/healthcare/life sciences-related areas.
• Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle.
• Experience managing technology-enabled clinical trials and eClinical solutions is highly desirable (e.g., eCOA/ePRO/eConsent/RTSM/IRT).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
