Senior Payroll Analyst – India Payroll & UKG Experience is a must**

Overview

Senior Payroll Analyst supporting India payroll and participating in global payroll audits and UKG-related data validation.

What you'll do

• Perform benefit deduction audits with PlanSource on a quarterly and ad hoc basis (U.S.).
• Pull and prepare payroll, benefits, and compensation reports for Finance and Total Rewards (Global).
• Conduct payroll-related audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance (Global).
• Review payroll audit trails and preview files prior to payroll processing (Global).
• Provide backup and support coverage for Payroll Specialists during leave or holidays (EMEA and APJ).
• Support India payroll projects and participate in UKG data review and validation for Global Payroll Implementation.
• Monitor the payroll inbox, route inquiries, and follow up for timely resolution.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of payroll experience (required).
• India payroll knowledge (basic knowledge required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• UKG experience is listed as a plus.
