Vendor Operations Associate

Overview

As a Vendor Operations Associate, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of printers/vendors and help ensure orders move through production and delivery smoothly.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships via monthly performance calls and ongoing communication.
• Support vendors with operational, production, and logistics questions.
• Coordinate production timelines and resolve order delays before they impact customers.
• Reallocate and reschedule production orders to prevent printer overload and handle emergencies.
• Coordinate garment procurement so vendors receive inventory on time.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech to resolve production issues.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend long-term process improvements and automation.

What you'll need

• At least 1.5 years of experience in operations, vendor management, supply chain, customer success, account management, or similar relationship management.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

Details

• Work location: India / Philippines (IN/PH).
• Working hours: India 5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday; Philippines 8:00 PM–5:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.
• Monthly salary: $550 to $700 base (depending on experience) plus $80 night shift allowance.
