Order Management Executive

Overview

Support the Order Processing team at Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup, by processing orders and ensuring the right product is delivered to customers.

What you'll do

• Process all orders assigned to you promptly.
• Navigate the logistical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solution.
• Coordinate order timelines with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors and Decorators to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Work on projects and campaigns as and when required.

What you'll need

• 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
• Able to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.

Details

• Location: Work from Home/Remote.
• Working hours: either 10 AM - 7 PM EST or 2 PM - 11 PM EST, with the exact shift assigned upon hire.
• Compensation: between $750 per month (adjusted for experience), with an $80 night shift allowance.
