Position Senior Executive - Logistics, Travel and Transport

Overview

Senior Executive focused on Logistics, Travel & Transport support, including fleet coordination, third-party logistics, and travel/hotel bookings.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and deploy fleet vehicles for operational and fulfillment needs, including interfacility transfers.
• Book third-party transport and coordinate with operations for travel and hotel reservations.
• Handle Travel Desk tasks including airline bookings and hotel accommodations.
• Process payments for airline and hotel bookings and secure travel agency quotations.
• Coordinate with travel agencies for visa/travel-related requirements and process invite letters.
• Monitor daily operations of fleet vehicles, drivers, and third-party logistics partners; track repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare reports on vehicle utilization, maintenance, operational costs, and third-party logistics cost/utilization.

What you’ll need

• 2–4 years experience.
• Be a college graduate or graduate of a vocational course.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in cost comparative analysis.
• Knowledge of MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, organizing, and time management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in administration and maintenance functions.
• Ability to draft policies and guidelines.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
