Overview

Specialist role focused on invoice processing, accounting accuracy, service-level delivery, and process improvement in a hybrid Hyderabad team.

What you'll do

• Follow SOPs and process guidelines to meet volume, turnaround-time, quality, and customer-experience targets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support solution implementation.
• Monitor performance against targets and maintain delivery standards.
• Process and review invoices accurately within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and knowledge-management tools.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to share best practices.
• Respond professionally to stakeholder needs and changing priorities.

What you'll need

• B.Com or Finance graduate qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in invoice processing using SAP.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP FI-CO.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good typing speed.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
