Senior Associate - SAP S/4 HANA Aftermarket (O2C)

Overview

Support SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes for Aftermarket, Service, Spare Parts, and Customer Support operations. Contribute to ERP transformation delivery across build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide ERP usage.
• Design and implement S/4HANA solutions aligned with operating-model processes.
• Support data mapping, testing, defect management, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Document configurations, process flows, data policies, and common solutions.
• Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversions, integrations, and workflows.
• Support testing, migration, go-live, and ongoing business performance.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, Order Management, Returns Processing, Service-related Billing, and Customer Master processes.
• Experience with spare parts sales, returns, warranty management, repair processes, and customer service operations.
• Understanding of integration across SAP SD, Logistics Execution, Warehouse, Inventory Management, and Finance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in complex global SAP environments and ERP transformation programs.
