SAP – WFS – Senior Associate

Overview

Provide consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management applications, including requirements analysis, implementation, training, and support. Help clients improve HR processes and talent management while contributing to project delivery and team development.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements and implement SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide training and support for SAP HCM applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize HR processes and talent management.
• Apply analytical thinking to develop insights and recommendations.
• Manage and inspire junior team members.
• Apply business process improvement techniques to improve operational efficiency.
• Use digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to develop solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management.
• Experience managing HR transformation projects.
• Ability to apply strategic HR planning and workforce analytics.

Nice to have

• SAP Human Capital certifications, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials.
