Engineer – System Integration Tests

Overview

Engineer responsible for integrating and validating Airbus avionics and flight-control systems across subsystem, system, and aircraft levels. The role covers technical ownership, ground and flight-data analysis, testing strategy, and system maturity.

What you'll do

• Own the technical delivery of specific flight-control subsystems.
• Analyze and resolve complex avionics and system-level issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews.
• Define testing methods, strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Execute tests, record data, classify defects, and support flight tests.
• Develop automated, virtual, and Big Data testing techniques.
• Review system description, integration, and interface-control documents.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in avionics systems V&V or development.
• B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Electronics, Avionics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Deep knowledge of avionics systems engineering, flight management systems, and flight controls.
• Knowledge of indicating and recording systems, guidance, navigation, and control.
• Experience with avionics system integration and multi-system or multi-function testing.
• Analytical problem-solving skills for complex technical requirements and system issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with Matlab, Virtual Test Means, or engineering model simulation tools.
• Ability to guide colleagues and advance testing methodologies.
• Teamwork, enthusiasm for aviation, and autonomous working capability.
