AI Quality Tester (Manual & Automation) focused on Salesforce and CPQ testing, bridging traditional QA with AI-driven testing.

What you'll do

• Design test strategies that combine manual exploratory validation with automation.
• Manually validate complex user journeys across Salesforce and CPQ workflows.
• Build and evolve self-healing test scripts and frameworks using AI.
• Use low-code/AI tools (UiPath, Gemini, Claude) to scale automation loops.
• Map end-to-end business workflows and choose the right mix of manual vs automated testing.
• Apply AI-powered reviews to proactively detect architecture, maintainability, and performance issues every 12 hours.
• Collaborate with teams including R&D, Security, TechOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Service Delivery.

What you'll need

• At least 4+ years of hands-on testing experience for Salesforce and CPQ platforms/workflows.
• Experience in test automation with openness or early experience using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or UiPath.
• Proficiency in high-performance low-code platforms such as UiPath or Playwright and APIs.
• Understanding of testing and governing AI agents so they operate predictably, ethically, and securely.
• Ability to translate business and technical realities into automated strategies supporting CI/CD at scale.
• Excellent ability to articulate complex AI and automation concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
