AI Quality Tester (Manual & Automation)

Overview

AI Quality Tester focused on both manual exploratory testing and AI-driven automation for testing complex user journeys.

What you'll do

• Design test strategies bridging manual validation and AI-assisted automation.
• Manually validate complex user journeys end-to-end.
• Use low-code/AI tools to scale automation loops.
• Build self-healing test scripts and frameworks that adapt to app and agent changes.
• Map complex business workflows and choose the right manual vs automated testing mix.
• Use AI-powered reviews to proactively detect architecture, maintainability, and performance issues every 12 hours.
• Collaborate with teams including R&D, Security, TechOps, and Digital Transformation.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in test automation.
• Openness or early experience in leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or UiPath.
• Proficiency in low-code platforms such as UiPath or Playwright.
• Experience/knowledge of shifting validation earlier (shift-left) using AI tools.
• Understanding of how to test and govern AI agents for predictable, ethical, and secure operation.
• Ability to translate complex business/technical realities into automated strategies for CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI and automation concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
