Overview

Provide SAP Human Capital Management consulting services, including requirements analysis, solution implementation, training, and support. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes and talent management for clients.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements for SAP HCM solutions.
• Implement and deploy SAP solutions.
• Provide training and application support.
• Collaborate with clients to improve HR processes and talent management.
• Manage and inspire team members.
• Interpret data to support business analysis and recommendations.
• Apply business process improvement techniques.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management.
• Ability to manage complex client support engagements.
• Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.

Nice to have

• SAP Human Capital solutions certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central, Recruiting, or Performance & Goals.
• SAP HCM or related HR platform credentials.
