Sr. Engineer - IT Service Management 4B

Overview

Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes, tools, and service delivery in a hybrid role.

What you'll do

• Define, design, transition, and improve the ITSM lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain ITSM processes, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Manage and administer ITSM tools and systems.
• Analyze and improve service delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with teams on IT service issues and escalations.
• Lead ITSM projects, assessments, and audits.
• Coach junior team members and provide ITSM subject-matter expertise.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 (2011) best-practice frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and ITSM processes.
• Proficiency in English at C2 level.
• Skills in Agile Methodology, collaboration tools, design thinking, and client relations.
