SAP COE Quote to Cash 3PL Expert

Overview

Provide SAP COE Quote to Cash logistics support for third-party logistics operations. The role focuses on stable, compliant end-to-end processes, issue resolution, integrations, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support for Q2C logistics processes involving 3PL operations.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor 3PL integrations covering shipment execution, freight billing, proof of delivery, and carrier settlement.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Support month-end and period-end activities and resolve related issues.
• Execute minor enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support logistics master data, transactional data, projects, rollouts, audits, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Experience providing L2/L3 application management support.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Quote to Cash logistics processes.
• Ability to manage logistics incidents, problems, and changes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for logistics and interface issues.
• Ability to coordinate with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, Transportation, and IT teams.
• Ability to collaborate with external 3PL partners.
• Ability to maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
