BSA Administration and Reporting Junior Analyst

Overview

Support administration, reporting, configuration, and user assistance for the BlackLine platform as part of a finance transformation project. The role combines BlackLine administration with finance process, accounting, control, and reporting knowledge.

What you'll do

• Maintain and configure the BlackLine platform, including settings, permissions, access controls, and workflows.
• Manage BlackLine users, assignments, profiles, account activation, and deactivation.
• Maintain charts of accounts and mapping tables through audits and validation checks.
• Develop reports and monthly summaries covering reconciliation completion, outstanding actions, KPIs, and process efficiency.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot access and functionality issues, and deliver training.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulations, security standards, and control requirements.
• Support the transformation project and collaborate with finance, control, and GBS teams.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, BlackLine, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Understanding of end-to-end O2C, P2P, and R2R financial processes.
• Knowledge of financial systems, accounting processes, reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Nice to have

• Experience with BlackLine and SAP FI-CO.
• Experience in the power, oil and gas, Big Four, GBS, or shared services industries.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Hybrid office/remote working.
• No travel is expected.
• Project role for 12–18 months, transitioning to an operational team lead or senior analyst role.
