Overview
Associate, Real Estate on CPP Investments’ Real Estate Investments team in India, supporting analysis, execution, and management of real estate investments.
What you’ll do
- Analyze and execute new real estate investment opportunities using quantitative tools and models.
- Support underwriting by creating financial models and required analysis tools.
- Draft investment recommendation memorandums for Investment Committees.
- Coordinate execution activities, including due diligence meetings and internal/external closing.
- Participate in monitoring and management of existing investments through periodic reviews.
- Prepare quantitative analysis for asset business plans and present investment review and monetization plans.
- Review capital commitments and distributions for real estate investments.
What you’ll need
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) from a top-ranking Indian or global institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in India or international markets.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, including compiling data and financial information.
- Professionalism with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
