Job Summary

Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead teams, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team to achieve business targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Set performance goals and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth business operations.
• Prepare and review operational reports and performance data.
• Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance and feedback.
• Support management in implementing new strategies and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
• Good knowledge of operational processes and performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates based in Surat are preferred.
• Must be comfortable working the 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
