Operations Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations at our Surat office. This role is hands-on and will suit someone who can lead teams, keep workflows moving, and drive operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise daily business operations to ensure smooth execution across teams
• Lead the operations team, set priorities, and monitor productivity against targets
• Handle operational issues quickly and coordinate with cross-functional departments
• Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and share updates on operational progress
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and ensure company policies and standards are followed

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive accountability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working in a 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift and managing targets under pressure
• Candidates based in Surat are preferred

Nice to have

• Experience improving operational workflows in a service or process-driven environment
• Exposure to reporting, planning, or team performance dashboards
