Senior Resource Manager

Overview

Senior Resource Manager responsible for demand & supply management, resource/capacity planning, process excellence, and management reporting. Acts as the central orchestrator between business demand and available capacity to forecast, prioritize, fulfill, track, and report operational performance.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end demand and supply planning from demand intake through fulfillment and closure.
• Consolidate and validate demand across business units, programs, projects, geographies, and skill groups.
• Map demand against capacity/supply and identify gaps, surpluses, bottlenecks, and emerging risks.
• Drive prioritization and allocation decisions when demand exceeds available capacity.
• Establish mechanisms for demand aging, fulfillment tracking, capacity management, utilization, and deployment.
• Build executive dashboards and operational scorecards for demand, capacity, utilization, fulfillment, risks, and performance.
• Lead demand/supply and capacity review meetings and drive escalations to closure with accountability.

What you'll need

• 10–15+ years of experience in business operations, resource management, workforce planning, capacity planning, PMO, delivery operations, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience managing demand, supply, capacity, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Experience designing and improving complex cross-functional business processes.
• Strong understanding of operational governance, KPIs, SLAs, controls, and performance management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/reporting platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Exposure to large datasets and multiple data sources; SQL, data automation, or workflow automation is highly desirable.
