WSO Specialized Account Services, Analyst

Overview

WSO Specialized Account Services Analyst to support client-facing operations for the Special Services Team, including data research, processing, and issue resolution for loan processing needs.

What you'll do

• Review and maintain asset and contract data with accuracy.
• Hand-hold new deal creation and ensure data point accuracy.
• Process amendments, investigate discrepancies, and monitor/action exceptions.
• Conduct data reconciliation and validation of trades and positions for syndicated facility data integrity.
• Perform data management and controls, including QA audits and expedited correction of inconsistencies.
• Proactively identify internal/external processing and system-related issues and support resolution/escalations.
• Lead research/projects on cross-product integrations and workflow enhancements with client engagement as needed.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry.
• US shift working hours.
• Knowledge/experience working with internet-based applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong process improvement skills.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues to completion, including in stressful customer situations.
