Overview

HRTS System Analysis Associate III supports HR system end users, focusing on Workday support, troubleshooting, and maintaining HR data integrity.

What you'll do

• Provide end-user support for HR systems via a structured ticketing system.
• Perform HR system audits to ensure data integrity and implement resolutions.
• Assist with data conversion activities, including mass data loads.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver efficient support and project outcomes.
• Research system issues and propose process improvements.
• Review and update work instructions to reflect system changes and standard processes.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles.
• Experience with HR systems troubleshooting and support is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for efficient solutions.
