Compliance Testing - WM Branch, Associate, Oversight, Monitoring and Testing

Overview

Associate in the Legal and Compliance division within the Oversight, Monitoring and Testing team for WM branch coverage in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Access firm systems and ad-hoc reports to organize data used in testing by Branch Examiners.
• Organize data into standardized formats per Branch Examinations procedures.
• Assist with rollout, extraction, and certification of annual compliance questionnaires from WM branch personnel.
• Respond to inquiries from Examiners and Branch Examinations management.
• Assist with automation of manual activities and process improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met on time.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis).
• Ability to leverage internet-based applications and tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Details

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Coverage: Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with flexibility on finish time during some Indian holidays.
