DGM - I2P Ops

Overview

DGM role to monitor and improve the Global Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) operations process, driving efficiency, productivity, governance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Monitor and improve the Global Invoice-to-Pay process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Direct and lead I2P operations and ensure alignment with I2P Operations Strategy.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve process productivity and define best-in-class solutions.
• Coach and lead I2P operations managers and embed a continuous improvement and data-driven culture.
• Establish governance processes and mitigation strategies for operational risks.
• Monitor I2P KPIs against global targets and internal/external benchmarks.
• Support critical global service issue resolution and engage leadership/escalate when needed.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant finance process experience focused on Global Procure-to-Pay.
• Bachelor’s degree plus a professional qualification such as MBA / CA / ICWA or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to lead teams through process improvements and standardized process implementation.
• Prior experience setting up and running Global Accounts Payable or Source-to-Pay as a centralized function.
• Strong digital awareness and IT innovation skills to understand new technologies for I2P improvements.
• Ability to independently resolve complex issues and influence stakeholders for buy-in.
