Assistant Manager - Operations

Overview

Assistant Manager - Operations to lead end-to-end contract delivery for a critical client with a focus on financial crime risk management and AML operations.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end contract delivery for a critical client.
• Support UK markets through Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) programs.
• Handle AML program execution for Sanction Screening and Transaction Monitoring (TM L1 & L2).
• Analyze operational problems and suggest solutions.
• Identify process gaps and drive client value creation.
• Lead governance meetings and manage client communications.

What you'll need

• At least 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in managing people is required.
• Hands-on experience with AML processes for Sanction Screening and Transaction Monitoring (L1 & L2).
• Experience working with banks, Payment Service Providers, or FinTechs.
• English verbal and written proficiency.
• Experience in WFM for planning and handling a 24x7 operation.
• Must be ready to work from office.

Nice to have

• ACAMS/CFCS/CFE certification (preferred).
