Overview
Associate Customer Program Manager (EG) supporting US-based customers for end-to-end management of manufacturing orders and projects.
What you'll do
- Work with customers to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Manage concurrent manufacturing orders with internal operations teams.
- Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering/design/manufacturing/logistics requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and manufacturing operations to support successful delivery through the project lifecycle.
- Provide top-down program/project oversight across scope, budget, and timeline.
- Identify continuous improvement areas to increase operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA required.
- 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations.
- Experience supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs.
- PMP/project management certification and project/operations knowledge preferred.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience working directly with US-based customers and/or during US business hours is preferred.
Details
- Location: Bengaluru, India (Office).
- Schedule: 9:30 PM–5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
- Work mode: hybrid (3 nights in office, 2 nights remote).
