Task Specialist

Overview

Task Specialist role supporting EEMEA and India client service teams through analyst/associate development, delivery excellence, and quality/accuracy across research tasks.

What you'll do

• Train and onboard new analysts/associates on NIQ & BASES proprietary tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Assess technical capability gaps and facilitate targeted learning and development initiatives.
• Provide ongoing coaching and guidance across the project lifecycle and for ad-hoc tasks.
• Review project/task deliverables for detail, accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to internal/external deadlines and service expectations.
• Manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate degree with specialization in Marketing or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in market research, analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and coaching team members with structured feedback and professional development.
• Good understanding of market research methodologies and industry practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
