Specialist - Quality Assurance

Overview

Specialist - Quality Assurance role in Marsh’s Quality team, based in Pune, focused on QA/monitoring reviews for insurance and reinsurance placements.

What you'll do

• Conduct QA and monitoring reviews in line with group policies and procedures and suggest corrective actions.
• Interpret clauses in insurance and reinsurance contracts, focusing on scope, coverage, and limitations.
• Understand group and company procedures and monitor compliance for business placed by the group.
• Review and compare policy wordings across classes of business to advise on scope and limitations.
• Identify procedural gaps and recommend practical remedial measures for procedural breaches.
• Use Marsh systems for monitoring and record-keeping during reviews.
• Support the business via training, process improvement, and ad hoc quality assurance projects.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in operations in Insurance Quality Assurance or Operations.
• Understanding of insurance and/or Quality Assurance sectors.
• Analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MS Office skills.
• Works at shift timing 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

• Based in Pune; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
