IT Quality Senior Analyst (Assistant Vice President) focused on quality initiatives including UAT and product rollout into production in Pune, India.
What you'll do
- Own initiatives related to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production.
- Recommend solutions and improvements, including recommendations for software quality assurance testing.
- Conduct complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments; report issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure project standards and procedures are documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle.
- Monitor products and processes for conformance, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
- Document findings and perform root cause analyses to provide recommended improvements.
- Create reports on quality/automation metrics (daily status and weekly reports).
What you'll need
- 7-10 years experience in an IT Quality role.
- Experience executing in a fast-paced, time-to-market driven environment.
- Experience with test automation and creating/modifying test scenarios and scripts.
- Comfort with writing complex queries.
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with testing automation tools (e.g., Cucumber, Cypress, Selenium, TestComplete).
- Excellent command in core Java coding and hands-on with UNIX; knowledge of Jenkins/Teamcity setup.
